Subscriptions and purchases
Enamel offers an auto-renewing subscription ("Enamel Pro") sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We use RevenueCat, a subscription management service, to process and keep track of your subscription.
When you purchase a subscription, the following applies:
Payment details are handled entirely by Apple. We and RevenueCat never see or store your credit card number, Apple Account credentials, or any other payment instrument.
RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous identifier generated for your device, together with details of your purchases (for example, the product purchased, its price, and the subscription's status — active, expired, or cancelled). This identifier cannot be used by us to identify you personally, and it is not linked to your mouth photos or scan results.
We use this data only to confirm your subscription, restore it when you reinstall the app or change devices, unlock unlimited scans while you're subscribed, and comply with accounting and legal obligations.
